Thy N. Huynh, MD Assistant Professor, Department of Dermatology University of Mississippi Medical School | A native of Montgomery, Ala., Dr. Thy Huynh received her doctor of medicine from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and also completed a pediatric preliminary year at Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles, a clinical trials research fellowship in pediatric dermatology at Northwestern University/Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and a pediatric dermatology clinical fellowship at Harvard/Boston Children’s Hospital. She also completed a dermatology residency at UMMC where she was chief resident of research and surgery. Dr. Huynh joins UMMC as the only fellowship trained pediatric dermatologist in the state of Mississippi and the department’s inaugural lead clinical trialist - we are very lucky to have her on board. Outside work, Dr. Huynh enjoys spending time with family and friends, hanging out on the Reservoir, tennis, hiking, and, traveling. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Thy Huynh! |
Joshua T. Clark, DHA, MBA Department Business Administrator, Department of Dermatology University of Mississippi Medical School | Josh has served the University of Mississippi Medical Center research mission in various capacities since 2013. He most recently served as the director of the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs Pre-Award, an office that oversees and provides administrative support to UMMC’s $100m grant and clinical trial portfolio. He recently received his Doctor of Health Administration from UMMC’s School of Health Related Professions and also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. Josh and his wife, Laura, live in Jackson, MS where she teaches English in Jackson Public Schools. They enjoy travelling with friends and family, visiting U.S. National Parks, and home improvement projects. |
Haidee Montgomery Education Administrator, Department of Dermatology University of Mississippi Medical School | Haidee joins us from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology’s residency training program where she served as an Education Coordinator for 7 years. In that role, Haidee assisted the Program Director in managing activities and operations to ensure program compliance with all national and university-related accreditation requirements. Prior to transitioning to an education role, Haidee held various responsibilities in UMMC’s Health Information Services Office and the Department of Psychiatry. Haidee received her Bachelor’s degree from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS and is an avid Saints fan. |
